Our shipment and delivery policy for our customers in Kuwait is concluded by our delivery representatives within 24 hours from time of order. As for our reverend customers abroad, their orders are sent by secured courier within three working days based on agreement with UPS Courier International Company with AB1 Jewelry. AB1 Jewelry warrants recovering and refunding any returned goods in case of error or omissions only (provided the box is not opened or the seal or packing is removed) within 7 days.
